We have computerized documentation and data processing system. We have staff who pay attention to details thereby giving safe and timely delivering of the goods/consignment. We have been certified with ISO 9001:2015 which is awarded on meeting specific norms for quality management system. Some of the requirements includes needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
All our trucks are containerized to ensure the safety of the goods in transit. the drivers are trained to take full care of the vehicle and the goods in transit. The drivers have the a fixed stoppages on the highway after certain time to ensure full efficiency and safety. The vehicle are well protected by the body and locked doors of the containers. Each of the trucks are equipped with fire extinguisher and GPS tracker.
We take every measure to ensure enhancing the customer experience. for the safety of the goods All our warehouses are backed by insurance for burglary, fire or any other unforeseen mishap. They are guarded 24 hrs under the CCTV surveillance and security guards. Foreseeing demand for increased volume, we are one of the first few to have raised the clear height of warehouses
